脊椎动物原始生殖细胞(PGCs)的迁移是发育生物学最基本的问题之一。最近的研究结果表明细胞外基质、生殖腺嵴释放的趋化因子和细胞因子等,都是PGCs迁移过程中不可缺少的条件。对这些事件的了解不但有助于了解PGCs迁移的机理,而且对阐明由于PGCs异常迁移而引起的生殖细胞肿瘤等病理现象的机制都是有必要的。
The migration of vertebrate primitive germ cells (PGCs) is one of the most fundamental problems in developmental biology. Recent studies have shown that extracellular matrix, chemotactic factors released by the gonadal crest and cytokines are all indispensable conditions for the migration of PGCs. Understanding these events not only helps to understand the mechanism of PGCs migration, but also to elucidate the mechanism of pathological phenomena such as germ cell tumors caused by the abnormal migration of PGCs.
