《国务院关于促进煤炭工业健康发展的若干意见》(以下统一简称“《意见》”)于6月1日经国务院常务会议讨论并原则通过后,全煤行业掀起了一股学习《意见》的高潮,如何深刻认识其重要意义,把握其工作要求,如何调整煤炭企业的发展战略和工作思路……这些问题亟需我们去思考、去解决、去实施。为此,我们邀请了部分煤炭企业领导、专家发表对《意见》的看法,以期有所启发。
After the “State Council’s Opinions on Promoting the Sound Development of the Coal Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinions”) were discussed and approved in principle by the Standing Committee of the State Council on June 1, the entire coal industry set off an upsurge of learning “opinions” , How to profoundly understand its important significance, grasp the requirements of its work, and how to adjust the development strategy and work train of thought of coal enterprises ...... These problems urgently need us to think, solve and implement. To this end, we invited some coal industry leaders and experts to express their opinions on the “Opinions” in the hope of inspiring them.
