回采工作面沿空留巷技术优势明显。以南阳煤矿3207工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟对沿空留巷充填体参数对沿空留巷稳定性的影响进行了研究,从垂直应力及围岩移进量分析了不同宽度和强度下沿空留巷巷道的稳定性特征,确定了充填体的参数。结合现场监测数据及经济效益分析进一步证实了沿空留巷的可行性。井下实践表明:采用C30混凝土沿空留巷,充填体强度为30MPa,宽度为1.5m时,能有效地控制巷道变形,沿空留巷稳定性较好,经济效益可观。
Adopting mining face with gob-side entry technology has obvious advantages. Taking the gob-side entry retaining of 3207 working face of Nanyang Coal Mine as engineering background, the effect of gob-side entry retaining filler parameters on the stability of gob-side entry retaining is studied by FLAC3D numerical simulation. The vertical stress and surrounding rock displacement are analyzed The stability characteristics of gob-side entryway under different widths and intensities confirm the parameters of the filling body. Combined with on-site monitoring data and economic analysis further confirmed the feasibility of gob-side entry. The downhole practice shows that the deformation of the roadway can be effectively controlled by adopting the C30 concrete gob-side entry retaining with the filling body strength of 30MPa and the width of 1.5m. The stability of gob-side entry retaining is good and the economic benefits are considerable.
