我厂氨压缩机房,于1981年5月14日,突然发现设备间地坪裂纹处,向外冒水。这是由于埋在地下1.2m深的φ150mm冲霜管道破裂所致,大量自来水冲出破口,渗人机房地下约7米深的回填土内。泥土吸水饱和后,水便从地坪裂纹冒出来。为了阻止该水继续渗入地下,立即关闭了供水站总阀,全厂被迫停产。欲及时挖出破管,进行修复,由于回填的活性沙土吸水饱和,似流沙一样向挖沟中倾涌,因而立即停止了开挖,并及时用干炉渣、水泥填充了槽沟。随后的两三天内,陆续发现设备间及机房各处地坪,不同程度的下沉,最大下沉量5—
