在聚乙烯醇-苯乙烯基吡啶盐缩合物(PVA-SbQ)的水溶液中均匀分散无机蒙脱土(MMT)凝胶,利用MMT层间阳离子的交换能力吸附亚甲基蓝(MB),通过紫外光交联法制备出光敏抗菌型PVA-SbQ/MMT复合水凝胶,经过冷冻干燥后得到其气凝胶薄膜。借助X射线衍射仪对MMT的晶体结构进行分析。利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对PVA-SbQ/MMT复合水凝胶的形貌结构进行分析,最后探究了其吸水溶胀性和对金黄色葡萄球菌(StaphylococcusAureus)的抗菌行为。结果表明:成功制备了PVA-SbQ/MMT复合水凝胶,且MMT在PVA-SbQ中均匀分散;所制备的水凝胶具有良好的溶胀性能;此外,随着水凝胶中MB浓度的增加,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果逐渐提高,最高可达99.95%。
MMT gels were uniformly dispersed in an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol-styrylpyridinium salt condensate (PVA-SbQ), methylene blue (MB) was adsorbed by the exchange capacity of MMT interlayer cations, The photosensitive antibacterial PVA-SbQ / MMT composite hydrogel was prepared by the combined method, and the airgel film was obtained after freeze-drying. The crystal structure of MMT was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The morphology of PVA-SbQ / MMT hydrogels was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and finally their water absorption and swelling properties and antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus were explored. The results showed that PVA-SbQ / MMT composite hydrogel was successfully prepared and MMT was uniformly dispersed in PVA-SbQ. The prepared hydrogel had good swelling property. In addition, with the increase of MB concentration in hydrogel , The antibacterial effect of Staphylococcus aureus gradually increased, up to 99.95%.
