学生的思想、爱好是千差万别的。做班主任工作,可不能不问对象,不顾情况各异,囿于老一套。比如班上出了问题,有的老师习惯于把几个调皮的学生叫出来“示众”一番,以为学生从此就怕你了,以后讲话就“响”了。你头一次使用这种方法,也许会有一点效力,以后如果再拿出这一套办法,表面上好象把学生压服了,实际上你与学生的感情已经遭受到损害。 我的体会是,要深入了解学生,用一分为二的观点看学生,因人而异地做工作。对好的学生要重视,对差的学生则要找出他们身上发光的东西加以引导。有个学生平日接受能力较强,学习成绩
