高职院校电气类专业工匠精神人才培育路径研究

以高职院校电气类专业“产教融合、校企合作”为根基,从课程体系构建、教学过程实施、“双师型”团队建设、校园文化建设、现代学徒制实施等方面入手,借鉴德国职业教育“双元制”等国外工匠精神培育模式,参考国内高职院校较成功的培育模式,使工匠精神的培育成为人才培养的重要目标,贯穿于职业教育教学的全过程,通过实践和完善,探索出适合高职电气类专业“产教融合、校企合作”的工匠精神人才培育的新模式。 Based on the electrical specialty “integration of production and teaching, school-enterprise cooperation ” in higher vocational colleges, from the construction of curriculum system, the implementation of teaching process, the construction of team of double-teacher type, the construction of campus culture and the implementation of modern apprenticeship In the light of the model of cultivating the spirit of foreign artisans such as the vocational education in Germany and “dual system”, and referring to the more successful mode of cultivation in higher vocational colleges in China, the cultivation of artisan spirit has become an important goal of personnel training, which runs through vocational education and teaching Through the practice and improvement, we have explored a new model for cultivating the talents of artisans who are suitable for higher vocational education in electrical engineering, such as “integration of production and teaching, cooperation between schools and enterprises”.
