以高职院校电气类专业“产教融合、校企合作”为根基,从课程体系构建、教学过程实施、“双师型”团队建设、校园文化建设、现代学徒制实施等方面入手,借鉴德国职业教育“双元制”等国外工匠精神培育模式,参考国内高职院校较成功的培育模式,使工匠精神的培育成为人才培养的重要目标,贯穿于职业教育教学的全过程,通过实践和完善,探索出适合高职电气类专业“产教融合、校企合作”的工匠精神人才培育的新模式。
