[目的]为规范口腔健康教育工作,帮助教育系统职工掌握正确的口腔卫生保健知识,养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,对某系统职工口腔健康状况进行普查,掌握职工口腔健康状况。[方法]采用普查方式,参考WHO推荐的口腔健康调查方法,对教育系统职工进行口腔健康情况检查并进行统计分析。[结果]研究中有口腔异常情况人数占所有职工人数的50.34%,男、女职工口腔异常情况经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);有牙周组织疾病人数共599人,龋病553人,有牙齿缺损缺失情况751人,其余不良口腔情况540人,经χ2检验(P﹤0.05),职工不良口腔情况在各年龄分布不同,差异有统计学意义。[结论]良好的卫生习惯可有效改善职工口腔健康状况,牙周疾病、龋齿是防治工作重点,今后应采取措施提高职工口腔保健意识,培养正确的口腔卫生习惯。
[Objective] To standardize oral health education, to help education system staff grasp the correct oral health care knowledge, develop good oral health habits, carry out census on the oral health status of workers in a certain system and master the oral health status of staff and workers. [Methods] By means of census, referring to the oral health survey method recommended by the WHO, oral health examination was conducted on employees in the education system and statistical analysis was conducted. [Results] The number of oral anomalies accounted for 50.34% of the total number of workers in the study. The oral cavity abnormalities in male and female workers were not statistically significant (χ2 test) (P> 0.05). There were 599 cases of periodontal disease, There were 553 cases of dental caries, 751 cases of missing tooth defects and 540 cases of other poor oral conditions. There was a statistically significant difference in bad dental conditions among all ages by Chi-square test (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Good hygienic habits can effectively improve the oral health status of workers, periodontal disease and dental caries are the focus of prevention and treatment. In the future, measures should be taken to raise awareness of oral health care among workers and to develop correct oral hygiene habits.
