胃癌是人类第二大致命性因素,也是我国发病率最高的消化道肿瘤,其发生演变过程受多种因子的调控[1]。有研究提示,胃癌的发生与发展可能有其独特的分子生物学背景[2],而其中两种名为ARID1A和LKB1的基因在胃癌组织中的突变率可高达70%~80%。本文对60例胃组织黏膜标本,通过组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学技术对基因LKB1和ARID1A进行检测,以探讨二者在胃癌组织中表达的意义。现报告如下。
Gastric cancer is the second most lethal factor of human being and the highest incidence of gastrointestinal cancer in our country. The occurrence and development of gastric cancer are regulated by many factors [1]. Some studies suggest that the occurrence and development of gastric cancer may have its own unique molecular biology background [2], and two of which called ARID1A and LKB1 gene mutations in gastric cancer can be as high as 70% to 80%. In this paper, 60 cases of gastric mucosa specimens were examined by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of LKB1 and ARID1A in gastric mucosa. The report is as follows.
