网络环境下,电子资源已经成为高校图书馆馆藏的重要组成部分,使用效益是评价电子资源价值实现的重要指标之一。本文以满足师生学习、科研为目的的学术型电子资源为例,构建高效图书馆电子资源使用效益评价指标体系。 Under the network environment, electronic resources have become an important part of university library collections. The use efficiency is one of the important indexes to evaluate the value of electronic resources. In this paper, an academic electronic resource that aims to meet the needs of teachers and students in learning and scientific research is taken as an example to construct an index system for evaluating the efficiency of using electronic resources in libraries.
