患儿,女性,1岁9个月,因出生后即发现左眼稍外突并伴流泪来我院眼科就诊,CT检查发现左筛窦占位性病变,遂转入耳鼻喉科。检查:左眼球稍向前外方突出,向内侧运动受限,鼻根部稍有增宽。鼻腔检查:左鼻通气可,左中鼻甲处稍隆起,余无异常。纤维鼻咽镜检查无异常。鼻窦CT扫描示:左筛窦区肿瘤上侵犯蝶窦,左侵犯左上颌窦,前侵及鼻腔及左眼眶内侧壁,骨质广泛破坏。初步诊断:左
