福建三明钢铁厂第二炼钢车间2×15吨氧气顶吹转炉附设的烟气净化、煤气回收、污泥处理及余热利用装置系统,是由马鞍山设计院与我厂三结合15吨转炉筹建组、省安装公司、省建一公司等单位设计施工的。15吨转炉于1978年元旦投产,79年对该转炉附设的烟气净化、煤气回收装置系统的工艺设备进行检验、试车,摸索有关工艺参数,并对原设计的工艺设备进行必要的改革,和进行生产准备。于79年4月中旬一次投产成功。到目前已运行二年整,基本上实现了安全运行、正常回收,被冶金部列为全国钢铁企业推广二十六条生产经验之一。
