T lymphocyte is an important part of the human immune system. As an important member of effector T cells, CD4 + T cells were divided into two subsets of Th1 and Th2 cells in the past [1]. Th1 cells mainly mediate cellular immunity, mainly secreting interleukin 2 (IL-2), tumor necrosis factor β (TNF-β) and interferon γ (IFN-γ). Among them, IFN-γ dominates and induces tumor cell apoptosis, inhibits angiogenesis and activates antitumor activity. Especially in the bacterial, viral and protozoal infections play a protective role [2]. Th2 cells mainly secrete IL-4, IL-5, IL-10 and IL-13 and mediate humoral immune responses. Among them IL-4 and IL-5 play a major role, which
