目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加味联合福辛普利、氨氯地平三联治疗2级原发性高血压风阳上扰证的临床疗效。方法:将97例符合中西医诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组52例和对照组45例。对照组45例以口服福辛普利、氨氯地平治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服天麻钩藤饮加味治疗。疗程均为4周,治疗4周后观察临床疗效、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖等。结果:治疗组显效率为61.54%,总有效率为96.15%,对照组分别为33.33%和82.22%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后临床症状总积分均明显下降,与治疗前比较,治疗组差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),对照组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组组间比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),表明在改善临床症状方面治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯及血糖均有明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后虽有下降趋势,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮加味联合福辛普利、氨氯地平三联治疗原发性高血压风阳上扰证,能有效降低高血压及其血脂、血糖水平,临床疗效明显优于对照组。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with fosinopril and amlodipine triple therapy in the treatment of grade 2 essential hypertension with wind-Yang syndrome. Methods: Ninety-seven patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 52) and control group (n = 45). Control group, 45 cases of oral fosinopril, amlodipine treatment; treatment group in the control group based on the treatment plus Tianma Goutengyin flavored treatment. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect, total cholesterol, triglyceride and blood sugar were observed. Results: The effective rate was 61.54% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 96.15% in the control group and 33.33% and 82.22% in the control group respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The total score of clinical symptoms in both groups decreased significantly after treatment, compared with that before treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01), indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms. After treatment, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and blood glucose in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05); although there was a downward trend in the control group after treatment, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Tianma Goutengyin flavored combined with fosinopril, amlodipine triple therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension wind and Yang on the card, can effectively reduce high blood pressure and blood lipids, blood glucose levels, the clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group.
