目的 探讨慢性应激对大鼠学习记忆损害的作用机制。方法 利用电击足底结合噪音建立慢性应激模型 ,水迷宫法观察大鼠学习记忆能力的改变 ,放免法观察大鼠海马内乙酰胆碱 (Ach)含量和胆碱乙酰转移酶 (ChAT)活性的变化。结果 应激组大鼠学习记忆能力明显下降 ,海马Ach含量和ChAT活性均显著低于对照组。结论 慢性应激大鼠学习记忆障碍可能与其海马胆碱能纤维功能活动下降有关
Objective To investigate the mechanism of chronic stress on learning and memory impairment in rats. Methods Chronic stress model was established by electric shock combined with plantar noise. The change of learning and memory ability was observed by water maze test. The contents of acetylcholine (Ach) and choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) in hippocampus of rats were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The learning and memory abilities of rats in stress group were significantly decreased, the content of Ach and the activity of ChAT in hippocampus were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Learning and memory impairment in chronic stress rats may be related to the decrease of functional activity of cholinergic fibers in the hippocampus
