随着医学模式的转变和整体护理的深化,护患沟通已成为临床护理的重要内容之一。由于急诊患者病情较急,求诊求救心切,住院留观时间短,加上患者及其陪同人员的社会角色复杂,故在急诊工作中做好护患沟通,对避免医疗纠纷、及时诊断治疗具有重要意义。现结合实际浅谈急诊室护患沟通体会如下。
