目的观察咪达唑仑对ICU机械通气患者的镇静效果。方法将ICU内22例急性低氧性呼吸衰竭的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗及气管插管、机械通气的基础上先推注咪达唑仑0.05~0.1mg/kg作为静脉诱导,然后改用微量泵持续注入0.05~0.15mg/(kg.h),根据镇静程度分级调整用量,镇静深度Ram say评分3-4级;对照组给予常规治疗及气管插管、机械通气;观察两组心率、血压、呼吸、SpO2,PaO2,PaCO2的变化。结果治疗组病人用药后心率、呼吸、SaO2及PaO2均有明显改善(P<0.05),PaCO2变化不大(P>0.05)。结论ICU急性低氧性呼吸衰竭行机械通气的患者应用咪达唑仑充分镇静可以有效的改善血流动力学及病人氧合,从而改善病人预后。
Objective To observe the sedative effect of midazolam on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Twenty-two patients with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure in the ICU were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Conclusion ICU acute hypoxic respiratory failure in patients with mechanical ventilation midazolam adequate sedation can effectively improve hemodynamics and patient oxygenation, thereby improving the prognosis of patients.
