高速钢在盐浴炉中淬火时,炉的散热量大,工作条件差,且易产生0.1~0.3mm的脱碳层,为克服这些缺点,近年来国外厂家已逐渐采用真空淬火方式进行热处理。但真空淬火时,易产生复合晶粒组织,这对高速钢工具推广应用真空淬火是一个很大的障碍。据了解,我国一些工具厂也存在类似问题。本文分析了复合晶粒的成因及影响其产生的相关因素,可供从事这方面工作的同志参考。
High-speed steel quenching in the salt bath furnace, the furnace heat dissipation, poor working conditions, and easy to produce 0.1 ~ 0.3mm decarburization layer, in order to overcome these shortcomings in recent years, foreign manufacturers have gradually adopted vacuum quenching heat treatment. However, vacuum quenching, easy to produce composite grain structure, which promote the use of high-speed steel vacuum quenching is a big obstacle. It is understood that some of our tool factory there are similar problems. This paper analyzes the causes of composite grains and the related factors that affect their production, which can be used as a reference for comrades working in this field.
