工业炉CAD绘图系统是CAD技术与工业炉设计的结合,是工业炉CAD系统的重要组成部分.本文在“开放性、实用性、交互性、方便性”的开发原则指导下,进行了二维绘图子系统、三维造型子系统、实体着色子系统的开发研究.对各子系统的组成、特点、构造机理等逐一进行了阐述,并在非标准炉子构件作为参考块插入、三维实体生成二维平面图、炉子空间位置碰撞检查、质量属性的计算和炉子着色材质等几个方面进行了一些探索.描绘出工业炉CAD绘图系统的全貌.
Industrial furnace CAD drawing system is a combination of CAD technology and industrial furnace design and is an important part of industrial furnace CAD system.In this paper, under the guidance of the development principle of “openness, practicability, interactivity and convenience” Drawing subsystem, three-dimensional modeling subsystem, and entity coloring subsystem.The composition, characteristics and construction mechanism of each subsystem are described one by one, and the non-standard furnace components are inserted as a reference block, three-dimensional entities generate two-dimensional Plane plan, collision checking of furnace space, quality attribute calculation and furnace coloring material, etc. The whole picture of industrial furnace CAD drawing system is depicted.
