意大利钻井工具公司简称依特略尔(Idrill)公司,是一家专门生产三牙轮钻头的厂商,年产钻头约2万2千只。全公司共有职工172人,其中生产工人占130人,包括机加工76人,热处理工20人,焊工8人,检验工12人等。其余为工程技术和企业管理人员。主要机床共28台。辅助机床10台。主要机床中,大部份为多头或多刀半自动机床。生产效率较高,一只普通钻头的机械加工工时为12小时,一只硬质合金齿密封钻头的机械加工工时为23小时。钻头的毛坯由该公司自己锻造。一副喷射式钻头轮掌的锻具可锻2500次,经整修后尚可锻1000次。但毛坯的锻模和其它工艺装备均由意大利萨姆金属工具公司提供。萨姆金属工具公司除
