目的:探讨用保守方法治疗实验性股骨头坏死。方法:给予类固醇激素,诱导出兔股骨头坏死动物模型,同时使用大蒜素和川芎嗪治疗,然后采用放射性微球技术测量其股骨头血流量。结果:本方法可增加模型动物股骨头血流量,其增加幅度与对照组相比有显著差异(P<005)。结论:川芎嗪和大蒜素与类固醇激素同时应用可预防股骨头坏死的发生,并对已发生的早期股骨头坏死有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the conservative treatment of experimental osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods: Steroid hormone was given to induce the animal model of osteonecrosis of the femoral head in rabbits. Allicin and ligustrazine were used for the treatment. Then the femoral head blood flow was measured by radioactive microsphere technique. Results: This method can increase the femoral head blood flow in model animals, and the increase amplitude is significantly different from the control group (P <005). Conclusion: Ligustrazine and allicin combined with steroid hormone can prevent the occurrence of femoral head necrosis, and have some early treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
