众所周知,燃油喷射系统是柴油机中最重要的子系统,其对加工精度要求极高。为满足柴油机多用途需求,必须开发高性能燃油喷射系统。本文介绍传统燃油喷射系统和现代燃油喷射系统(诸如电子控制泵喷嘴系统和共轨喷射系统)的特点和应用前景。迹象表明,虽然目前电子控制共轨系统和电子控制泵喷嘴系统盛行,但传统的泵-管-嘴燃油系统在制造和匹配方面已积累了丰富的经验,仍然与现代喷油系统共存一段时间。在开发新的燃油喷射系统的同时,对传统系统仍需给予足够的关注度。
As we all know, fuel injection system is the most important subsystem of diesel engine, which requires high precision machining. To meet the multi-purpose needs of diesel engines, high-performance fuel injection systems must be developed. This article describes the features and applications of conventional fuel injection systems and modern fuel injection systems such as electronically controlled pump nozzle systems and common rail injection systems. Evidence shows that while electronic control common rail systems and electronically controlled pump nozzle systems are currently prevalent, traditional pump-to-nozzle fuel systems have had extensive experience in manufacturing and matching and still coexist with modern fuel injection systems for some time. In the development of new fuel injection system at the same time, the traditional system still need to give enough attention.
