以羟丙基纤维素(HPC)为原料,通过酯化反应合成了分子量较高的乙酰氧丙基纤维素(APC),并用FT-IR表征了化学结构。以DSC、X-ray衍射、PLM和SALS手段研究了产物的热致液晶相转变及其影响因素和溶致液晶性。实验表明,产物的乙酰基含量受合成温度和反应时间影响,其热致液晶的相转变温度和温域随乙酰基含量变化。室温下,APC/DBP(苯二甲酸正丁酯)溶液体系的重量分数为0.75时,呈现球晶状的胆甾型溶致液晶相。
Hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) was used as the raw material to synthesize acetoxypropyl cellulose (APC) with high molecular weight through esterification. The chemical structure was characterized by FT-IR. The thermotropic liquid crystal phase transition and its influencing factors and lyotropic liquid crystallinity were studied by means of DSC, X-ray diffraction, PLM and SALS. Experiments show that the acetyl content of the product is affected by the synthesis temperature and the reaction time. The phase transition temperature and the temperature range of the thermotropic liquid crystal change with the acetyl content. At room temperature, when the weight fraction of APC / DBP (n-butylphthalide) system was 0.75, the spherical crystalline cholesteric lyotropic liquid crystal phase appeared.
