以含Negri小体(NB)的7例海鸟及4例小脑切片,分别作Macchiavello(马氏)和磷钨酸伊红(EPT)染NB,以单克隆-狂犬病毒核衣壳蛋白抗体为一抗作SP染色,并作免疫加乌氏和/或EPT的双重染色。见NB内部含狂犬病毒核衣壳蛋白抗原(RVAg)较少,免疫反应较弱,只外围仍见免疫反应较强之外环。少数NB内有内小体,也由免疫反应强阳性之小环及阴性之内容物构成。在小脑可见免疫反应极弱甚至阴性之NB。这些现象提示NB的形成可能是狂犬病毒体(RV)的退变现象。
Seven seabirds and four cerebellar slices containing Negri body (NB) were used to stain Macchiavello (Markov) and EPT-stained NBT. These phenomena suggest that the formation of NB may be degeneration of rabies virus (RV).
