调查西安市城区孕妇铁营养状况。方法 随机测查不同孕期孕妇的血红蛋白(Hb)、锌原卟啉(ZPP)、血清铁蛋H(SF)、红细胞内铁蛋白(EF)。结果 妊娠20~40周期间,Hb、SF、EF值逐渐降低,ZPP逐渐增高。结论 从孕中期起,随孕期的增加孕妇铁营养状况持续变差。采取预防性补铁措施十分迫切。
Investigation of iron nutrition in pregnant women in Xi’an city. Methods Hemoglobin (Hb), zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP), serum ferritin H (SF) and erythrocyte ferritin (EF) in different pregnant women were randomly measured. Results During 20-40 weeks of gestation, the values of Hb, SF and EF gradually decreased and ZPP increased gradually. Conclusion From the second trimester of pregnancy, the iron nutrition of pregnant women continues to deteriorate with the increase of pregnancy. Preventive iron supplementation measures are very urgent.
