目的了解闽北地产红茶中黄曲霉毒素B_1污染水平。方法从南平各地随机抽取97份红茶样本,经粉碎、浸提、离心后,按GB/T 18979-2003食品中黄曲霉毒素测定,据所使用的免疫亲和柱对样品处理进行优化,用免疫亲和层析净化-高效液相色谱法检测黄曲霉毒素B_1。结果该法黄曲霉毒素B_1在0.5~20ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.9995,检出限为0.13μg/kg。红茶样本黄曲霉毒素B1检出率7.2%(7/97),含量3.2~10.6μg/kg,均值7.4μg/kg。结论闽北地产红茶黄曲霉毒素B_1污染水平较低,污染来源可能是茶树鲜叶有霉菌寄生和储存不当。本研究填补了闽北地区红茶黄曲霉毒素B_1污染的空白,可为茶叶中黄曲霉毒素B_1限量标准的制定提供基础数据。
Objective To understand the level of aflatoxin B 1 contamination in black tea in North Fujian real estate. Methods 97 samples of black tea were randomly selected from all over Nanping. The samples were crushed, extracted and centrifuged. According to the determination of aflatoxin in food according to GB / T 18979-2003, the sample was optimized according to the immunoaffinity column used, Affinity Chromatographic Purification - Determination of Aflatoxin B_1 by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Results The aflatoxin B_1 showed good linearity in the range of 0.5 ~ 20ng / mL with a correlation coefficient ≥0.9995 with a detection limit of 0.13μg / kg. Black tea samples aflatoxin B1 detection rate of 7.2% (7/97), the content of 3.2 ~ 10.6μg / kg, mean 7.4μg / kg. Conclusions The level of aflatoxin B 1 pollution in black tea in northern Fujian is low, and the source of pollution may be that the fresh leaves of tea plant are parasitic and stored improperly. This study fills the blank of black tea aflatoxin B 1 contamination in northern Fujian and provides the basic data for the formulation of the limit of aflatoxin B 1 in tea.
