基于AHP-熵值法的双级有机朗肯循环综合评价

为改善单目标评价局限性,获取双级有机朗肯循环(ORC)系统的综合最佳性能,选取8种有机工质,针对低温地热水,以输出功、热效率、?效率、单位净功输出所需换热面积APR、单位电力产出成本LEC为评价指标,采用AHP-熵值法对其进行综合评价分析.结果 表明,不同指标下最佳蒸发温度与最优工质不同;热源温度为373 K时,各工质综合评价指标ζ值为R1234yf>R227ea>R600a>R1234ze>R245fa>R236ea>R236fa>RC318,高温级最佳蒸发温度为351K,低温级最佳蒸发温度为330K;热源温度为383 K、393 K、403K、413K、423 K、433 K时,最优工质为R1234yf、R227ea、R245fa、R236fa、R236fa、R600a,最佳蒸发温度随热源温度升高逐渐升高,接近临界温度后具有下降趋势,各工质在接近临界温度工作时具有较高性能.

本文提出了一种新颖的甲醇重整-化学链发电制氢联产系统.该系统利用化学链燃烧氧化反应的显热给甲醇重整制氢部分提供反应热,充分利用了甲醇重整制氢的驰放气,同时实现了Fe2O3高温热的合理利用,使新系统内部能量品位的匹配变得更加合理.重整反应部分温度为250℃左右时,该新型联产系统的效率达到了61.8%,展现出了良好的热力学性能.本文对该系统进行了分析,并以常规制氢和化学链燃烧耦合发电系统为参照进行了对比,研究了其性能.新系统的效率较高,同时实现了CO2的无能耗分离.
