临床资料患者,男,42岁。因臀部起肿块伴疼痛8年,于2011年3月28日至我科住院治疗。患者8年前无明显诱因左臀部起核桃大肿块,不断增大,有时可挤压出脓性分泌物。曾在当地医院就诊,诊断不详。采用外科切开排脓、外敷药物(具体用药不详)等治疗,效果不佳。肿块仍不断扩大,周围有新的肿块、结节出现,疼痛明显,不能坐和平卧,严重影响工作和生活。
Patients with clinical data, male, 42 years old.
