学校的发展很大程度上要依赖于教师的发展,通过培训发展好每一个教师,这是学校工作的第一要务。如何培训教师,才能让其有效成长呢?我们认为必须建立培训的机制,从而培育优秀的教师,进而促进学校的内涵发展。目标导向,让教师发展有方向教师的专业发展必须要有目标,没有目标的发展就是没有方向的发展,而没有方向的发展必然导致教师发展的自生自灭。为此,我们一方面让教师明确教师发展的最终目标要成为好教
