作为我国高等教育活动的基本单元,高等学校是促进我国教育事业发展的最重要基础,也是进一步推动我国经济发展的重要因素之一。也就是说,我国高等学校教育管理能否发展直接影响着我国经济的进一步发展。如何推进我国高等学校管理的信息化建设、提高我国高等学校的办学水平,发展我国高等学校的教育事业,是全面促进经济、社会的发展的重要举措。
