目的探讨玻璃纤维桩核和铸造金属桩核修复前牙和后牙残根残冠的临床效果,为临床桩核应用提供参考。方法选择86例患者116颗患牙经完善的根管治疗后的前后牙残根残冠,其中47例78颗患牙使用玻璃纤维桩核,29例38颗患牙制作铸造金属桩核,然后进行金瓷冠或全瓷冠修复,经0.5~2年复诊,观察修复效果。结果玻璃纤维桩核修复成功率为94.8%,铸造金属桩核修复成功率为84.2%,两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩核应用于残根残冠修复的临床疗效优于铸造金属桩核修复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glass fiber post-core and cast metal post to repair residual crown of anterior teeth and posterior teeth, and provide references for the application of post-core. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with 116 teeth undergoing root canal treatment were enrolled in this study. Among them, 47 cases of 78 teeth were made of glass fiber posts and 29 cases of 38 teeth were made of cast metal post-cores. Then, Gold porcelain crown or all-ceramic crown repair, by 0.5 to 2 years referral, observation of the repair effect. Results The successful rate of repairing glass fiber posts was 94.8%, and the success rate of casting metal posts was 84.2%. There was significant difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of glass fiber post-core applied to the residual root crown repair is better than that of the cast metal post core repair.
