采用退火工艺对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了910~1000℃温度下的热处理试验,获得了该合金不同热处理温度下α和β的相比例、晶粒尺寸的变化规律.在AG 250KNE型拉伸试验机上对不同热处理状态下的试样进行超塑性拉伸试验,分别得到了该合金在温度为800℃,应变速率为5×10-3、10-3和5×10-4 s-1时的真应力-应变曲线,计算了该合金不同热处理工艺下的应变速率敏感性指数m值,揭示了α和β的相比例在超塑性变形过程中的调节作用.结果 表明:该合金经过退火处理后,其伸长率显著提高.当α和β的相比例接近50%,晶粒尺寸约为19.35 μm时,其超塑性伸长率达到最大值,为867%.
