通过对矿山提升机运行原理和实际工况的深入分析,提出了实时监测系统的总体设计方案,对系统功能进行了划分,确定了软件的开发环境和开发工具,并提出了基于虚拟仪器的设计思想,以图形化开发平台LabVIEW为技术核心,设计开发了基于虚拟仪器的矿井提升机监测系统。该系统采用模块的思想进行编写,实现了数据采集、处理、显示及主态量的监测等功能;并在LabVIEW环境下使用MATLAB中的BP人工神经网络工具箱进行故障分析。
