菌菜群体栽培,国内尚无系统报道,为开拓食用菌新的生产途径,我们于86年进行本项试验.结果表明,菌菜群体栽培,可改善蔬菜传统的栽培结构,有效地利用营养、光能、土地、空间、水源和空气等,发挥间作,套种优势,使食用菌和蔬菜双丰收,还可以降低生产成本,提高菇农的经济效益。现将试验情况报告如下:(一)供试材料菌种有华丽侧耳8603、香菇8001和沪耳1号.蔬菜品种有黄瓜、花椰菜、韭菜和西红柿.栽培食用菌的培养料按常规配方制作。
