Background of the survey: At present, the minimum wage of $600 during undergraduate graduate training is not uncommon. The initiative is in the hands of employers. The buyer’s market led graduates to lose bargaining chips for wages. When the identity of a college student is equated with a small babysitter, the aura of “grandchildren” has long since faded. In the past three years, with the dramatic increase in the number of talented people, the pressure for employment competition has increased, and the choice of companies has also widened. This has led to a certain degree of decline in the salary of university graduates. Some people even exclaimed: “College graduates Students enter the low salary era!”
