目的:分析研讨晚期产后大出血产妇的临床治疗及防治研究。方法:用随机抽签方式,把我院2015年4月至2016年5月期间收治的56例晚期产后大出血产妇纳入到讨论中,用随机数字法分组讨论,28例对照组(保守治疗)和28例研究组(动脉栓塞治疗),观察治疗状况,并对比。结果:对比疾病复发率,研究组7.14%低于对照组28.57%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者控制出血时间、恢复体温时间、住院时间,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期产后大出血疾病病情较为凶险,因此,需对产妇围产期加强预防,降低大出血可能性,确保产妇生命安全。
Objective: To analyze the clinical treatment and prevention and cure of late postpartum hemorrhage maternal. Methods: 56 cases of late postpartum bleeding in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were included in the discussion by random sampling method. Random number method was used to divide group discussion, 28 cases of control group (conservative treatment) and 28 Case study group (arterial embolization), observation of treatment, and comparison. Results: Compared with the recurrence rate, the study group 7.14% lower than the control group 28.57%, the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Comparing the two groups of patients to control bleeding time, body temperature recovery time, hospitalization time, the study group were lower than the control group, the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The late postpartum hemorrhagic disease is more dangerous. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention of perinatal period, reduce the possibility of major bleeding and ensure the safety of maternal life.
