目的 研究牛磺酸 (taurine,Tau)对大鼠脑缺血性损伤的保护作用。方法 采用Pulsinelli的大鼠四动脉阻断脑缺血 /再灌注模型 ,用放免方法检测脑组织中与前列腺素代谢有关的一些指标及测定脑水含量。结果 Tau可降低缺血 /再灌注大鼠脑组织中血栓素B2 (TxB2 )水平 ,使 6 酮 前列腺素F1α(6 Keto PGF1α)与TxB2 的比值提高 ,同时降低脑水含量。结论 Tau对大鼠脑缺血性损伤具有保护作用 ,其作用机制可能与其影响前列腺素系统的功能及降低脑水含量有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of taurine (Tau) on cerebral ischemic injury in rats. Methods Pulsinelli rats were used to block the model of cerebral ischemia / reperfusion in rats. Some indexes related to prostaglandin metabolism in brain tissue were detected by radioimmunoassay and the brain water content was measured. Results Tau reduced the level of TxB2 in the brain tissue of ischemia / reperfusion rats and increased the ratio of 6 Keto PGF1α to TxB2, and decreased the content of brain water. Conclusion Tau has a protective effect on cerebral ischemic injury in rats. Its mechanism may be related to its effect on the function of prostaglandin system and the decrease of brain water content.
