五十年代末联邦德国国营铁路试制的两辆特轻型近郊客车,是轻型焊接钢结构的一项成果。考虑车辆结构和制造工艺的特点以及提高舒适性等要求,后又研制了经济合理的承载结构的钢结构,与特轻型结构相比,这种承载结构的钢结构自重较大。本文以联邦德国国营铁路研制的速度为200km/h的城间运输二等空调开敞式最新客车为例,从结构、焊接和制造工艺等方面,介绍车体钢结构。
Two very light suburban buses piloted by the Federal German state railway in the late 1950s are a result of lightweight welded steel construction. Considering the characteristics of the vehicle structure and the manufacturing process and the requirements of improving the comfort, the steel structure of the bearing structure is economically developed. Compared with the light-weight structure, the bearing structure of the steel structure has a relatively large self-weight. In this paper, an example of the second-class air-conditioned open newest passenger car with a speed of 200 km / h developed by the Federal German state-owned railway is introduced, and the steel structure of the vehicle body is introduced from the aspects of structure, welding and manufacturing technology.
