AVS Shanghai Film Conference is an international conference for researchers working on new types of film science and technology. The American Society of Vacuum evaluates the Shanghai Thin Film Conference as a dynamic conference and is a major event in thin film research and vacuum deposition technology in the Asia Pacific region. The Shanghai Film Conference covers basic and applied research on new deposition technologies. The scope of the Shanghai Thin Film Conference includes but is not limited to the following sub-topics: - MBE, CVD, ALD, etc. - Flexibility (Printed Electronics), Energy Storage, Thin Film Technology Learn
