目前许多国家正在按照WHO的EPI对学龄前儿童推进免疫计划。这是十分令人鼓舞的发展。然而,我们必须考核用来确定免疫对象和评价这些计划效果的资料的科学性。当前采用的主要资料系统是建立在临床病例监测和询问病史或免疫史的基础上的。
Many countries are currently advancing preschool-age children’s immunization programs according to WHO’s EPI. This is a very encouraging development. However, we must examine the scientific nature of the data used to identify immunization targets and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs. The primary data system currently in use is based on clinical case monitoring and history or immunization history.
