本文对羽毛球步法的教学比重、教学方法、各种步法的运用,进行了相关的分析和探索。在对步法技术总结的基础上,提出要提高羽毛球教学质量,在注重手法教学时绝不能忽视对步法的教学比重。在教学中,步法训练应安排在课程的练习高峰期、课的前半部分,并可与准备活动结合进行,提高学生学习积极性。步法教学与球路教学相结合、与自身打法特点相结合,切合实战,才能收到教学的良好效果。
In this paper, we analyze and explore the teaching weight, teaching methods and the use of various footwork in badminton footwork. On the basis of summarizing the technique of step method, it is proposed that teaching quality of badminton should be improved and the proportion of teaching to step method should not be neglected in the teaching of technique. In teaching, walking training should be arranged at the peak of the practice of the course, the first half of the lesson, and can be combined with preparation activities to improve the enthusiasm of students. Footwork teaching and ball road teaching combined with the characteristics of their own style of combination, meet the actual combat, can receive good teaching results.
