本文介绍了北京有色冶金设计研究总院在矿井提升机自动化方面的实践与经验。文中分析了该院自1963年以来所采用的动力制动、微拖动、串级调速、低频拖动的自动化交流提升机、电动—发电机组供电和可控硅供电的自动化提升机的优点以及它们的应用条件;提出了把提升与井下运输联系在一起的“矿石运输计算机控制与管理”的设想,以获得运量大、运费低以及稳定出矿品位的效果。
This paper introduces the practice and experience of Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute in mine hoist automation. In this paper, the advantages of automatic hoisting machine, electric hoisting machine and thyristor powered hoist powered by dynamic brake, micro-drive, cascade speed control and low-frequency drag adopted by the hospital since 1963 are analyzed. And their application conditions; put forward the idea of “computer control and management of ore transportation” that links uplift with downhole transportation so as to obtain the effect of large capacity, low freight and stable ore grade.
