目的研究循证护理对精神分裂症患者依从性的效果。方法 88例精神分裂症患者,根据随机数字表法分为普通组和循证组,各44例。普通组实施普通护理模式,循证组实施循证护理模式。比较两组患者的治疗依从性,住院时间,干预前和干预后患者生理、情感、社会功能和生存质量总分的差异。结果循证组治疗依从性为95.45%,高于普通组的77.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。循证组住院时间为(62.51±10.41)d,短于普通组的(78.39±12.77)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的生理、情感、社会功能和生存质量总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的生理、情感、社会功能和生存质量总分均高于本组干预前,且循证组改善程度优于普通组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理对精神分裂症患者依从性的效果确切,可有效提升患者治疗依从性,缩短住院时间,促进患者生存质量的改善,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Eighty-eight schizophrenic patients were divided into general group and evidence-based group according to the random number table method, 44 cases in each. General group to implement the general nursing model, evidence-based group to implement evidence-based care model. The differences in treatment compliance, hospitalization time, total score of physical, emotional, social function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Evidence-based treatment compliance was 95.45%, higher than the 77.27% of the general group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The length of stay in the evidence-based group was (62.51 ± 10.41) days, which was shorter than that in the normal group (78.39 ± 12.77) days, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the total score of physical, emotional, social function and quality of life between the two groups (P> 0.05); after intervention, the total score of physical, emotional, social function and quality of life Were higher than the group before intervention, and the evidence-based group improved better than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has definite effect on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance, shorten the length of hospital stay and promote the improvement of patients’ quality of life. It is worth promoting.
