国家卫生计生委等5部委联合制定了《村卫生室管理办法(试行)》。本办法自2014年6月3日印发之日起施行。该办法共分为8章52条,重点对村卫生室的功能任务、机构设置与审批、人员配备与管理、业务管理、财务管理、保障措施进行了规范。一是明确提出村卫生室承担与其功能相适应的公共卫生服务、基本医疗服务和上级卫生计生行政部门交办的其他工作。二是明确村卫生室房屋建设规模不低于60平方米,服务人口多的应当适当调增建筑面
National Health and Family Planning Commission and other five ministries jointly formulated the “Village Health Office Management Measures (Trial).” The Measures shall come into force on the day of promulgation on June 3, 2014. The approach is divided into 8 chapters and 52 articles, focusing on the village clinics functional tasks, institutional settings and approval, staffing and management, business management, financial management, safeguard measures were standardized. First, it is clearly stated that village clinics should undertake public health services, basic medical services and other tasks assigned by higher-level health and family planning administrative departments that fit their functions. Second, it is necessary to make sure that the construction scale of village clinics is not less than 60 square meters and the service population should be increased appropriately.
