我校以新课程理念为指导,以学生的发展为根本,推行实施了“361高效课堂教学模式”。模式充分发挥了教师的引领作用,挖掘学生的主体意识、突出了以学为主的教学思想,注重知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三维目标的落实,全面提升了学生的学习素质和能力,实现了学生在课堂中的生命发展,承载起了素质教育所赋予的课堂使命。
