多年来,我国英语教学一直沿用国际音标这一独立的表音系统来标注英文单词的发音,从初一阶段开始进行国际音标的识读训练,其结果造成了英文单词的音形脱节.笔者认为初一学生已掌握了一定数量的单词,在此基础上逐步引导学生对读音规则进行归纳,运用表音系统教会学生自然拼读法,就可使学生从一开始就了解英文单词是音形一致的,这有利于学生注意词汇的内部规律,从而轻松掌握识读单词的能力。
