本文对两岸的食品添加剂从概念、管理体系、标准等方面着手,分析存在的差异,提出保障两岸食品安全、促进食品贸易顺利进行的建议。
This article analyzes the differences of the food additives on both sides of the Strait from the aspects of concept, management system and standards, and puts forward some suggestions to ensure food safety on both sides of the Strait and promote the smooth progress of food trade.
