本研究是在挤压凹模入口角120度时对温度、变形程度、润滑条件等基本参数进行了综合分析。从复杂的影响温热挤压变形过程的诸因素中找出了最主要因素,并建立了各基本参数间的定量关系的数学模式。
In this study, the basic parameters such as temperature, degree of deformation and lubrication conditions were comprehensively analyzed when the entry angle of die was 120 degrees. The most important factors were found out from the complicated factors that affect the hot extrusion process and the mathematical models of the quantitative relationships among the basic parameters were established.
