通过对定向叶片的蜡模模组进行改进,平衡叶片的内外侧散热,改善了定向叶片晶粒倾斜的缺陷。对ALD定向炉的隔热装置进行改进,减小隔热板的内径,并减薄其厚度。隔热装置经过改进后,定向叶片的晶粒得到细化,定向炉的温度梯度从40.5℃/cm提升到49.7℃/cm,晶粒组织和定向炉的温度梯度均得到优化。
