在单片式彩色摄象机中,我国已经有过将摄象器件的光敏区和转移区作成立体状两层结构方式的两篇报导。本文是采用ZnSe—Zn_(1-x)Cd_xTe:In膜的高灵敏度迭层结构,摄象器件的转移区由BBD和CCD组合而成,用嵌镶状滤色器构成单片式彩色摄象机。这种方法,由于摄象器件采用了迭层结构,因而提高了光敏面积的效率,而且改善了电晕控制。摄象器件摄象器件的转移区通常采用图1所示的内线方式,这种方式是用光电二极管作成的光敏区将入射光转变为信号电荷,仅对这些信号电荷进行一帧时间的积分,在熄灭时间内输入垂直转移线,每隔一水平扫描时间转
